Hi there! 👋
We are growing rapidly, and are now looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team at a pivotal stage of the company’s journey. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership, exposure to senior decision-making, and a central role in preparing the company for its next financing round. Read more about our recap from 2025.
In this role, you will work closely with our CFO Tuomas, and act as a key partner to senior management. You will help shape how the company is planned, measured, and presented to the board and investors. If you are excited about building things from scratch, owning the financial truth of a growing scale-up, and being deeply involved in fundraising, this role is for you. This is a new global role is based in Finland. You can work remotely in Finland, or choose a hybrid model by combining remote work with time at our lovely office in Espoo, Finland. 🌏
We are a diverse team of 50+ professionals from over 20 nationalities. We value transparency, trust, and ownership, embracing an “I’ll figure it out” attitude. Teamwork is essential to us. We learn from each other, support one another, and strive to win as one. We are ambitious and driven, but we also believe work should be enjoyable. We take our work seriously, not ourselves, and we make sure there is always room for laughter. We come together regularly, including company kick-offs, most recently in Estonia in 2025. In this role, you will
- Lead and further develop MeetingPackage’s monthly management reporting, business review and forecasting processes (including KPI reporting such as MRR, churn, sales pipeline, and key unit economics)
- Play a key role in ensuring investment readiness, including owning the long-term financial model and the investor data room (model assumptions, scenario planning, KPI bridges, and investor-ready key tables)
- Collaborate closely with senior management on topics ranging from long-term strategy to short-term tactical business steering
- Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes and systems to enhance financial follow-ups and performance tracking
This role comes with a high level of trust and autonomy. You will have real ownership, not just responsibility.
You'll feel at home if you
- Have a couple of years of experience from strategy consulting, investment banking, business controlling, FP&A, or a similar highly analytical role
- Have strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Have excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills. You have the ability to explain financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and senior management

- Are already based in Finland with a valid work permit
- Are fluent in English, both in written and spoken
Why now is a great time to join?
