The Opportunity

Help build the operating system for a new global accounting category.

Sanna is building a new kind of accounting firm – one designed from the ground up for a world where AI can take over much of the manual work that has defined the accounting industry for decades. Our ambition is not to be a better local firm, but to challenge how accounting works globally.

We combine AI-driven workflows, modern technology, and deep professional expertise to give founders the peace of mind of a traditional accounting firm, while fundamentally changing how the work is done behind the scenes. We are building Sanna with international scale in mind from day one.

We already have a strong product and tech team in place and are onboarding customers at pace – starting with holding companies and expanding into operating companies. As we scale, we are now hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and help run the company day-to-day. The role also includes ownership of selected operational areas as the company grows.

This is a highly trusted role at the center of the organization, with broad exposure across strategy, execution, operations, people, product, and communication.

The Role

As Chief of Staff, you will be an extension of the CEO and work extremely closely with him on both strategic and executional matters. You will help turn ambitious goals into concrete progress and ensure that critical initiatives move forward with clarity and momentum.

In addition, you will take responsibility for improving and coordinating parts of Sanna’s day-to-day operations, helping the company scale in a structured, reliable, and repeatable way.

Your role is to create clarity, follow-through, and progress across the organization – making sure decisions are acted on and nothing falls through the cracks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of the CEO in planning, prioritization, and execution

  • Drive initiatives that are critical to Sanna’s growth

  • Coordinate across teams to turn strategic decisions into concrete outcomes

  • Create structure around goals, plans, timelines, and ownership

  • Prepare written material such as presentations and decision notes

  • Support and improve operational processes as the company scales internationally

  • Take ownership of important initiatives that do not clearly belong to one team
