Kanpla is on a mission to digitalise contract catering, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow and support our UK customer base – with a strong focus on the education contract catering sector 🇬🇧
This role is ideal for someone who thrives close to customers, enjoys complexity, and wants real ownership in a scaling SaaS business.
What started as a school project has grown into a leading digital solution for canteens, with 500,000+ users and a fast-expanding footprint across Europe. Backed by a Dutch VC, we’re scaling quickly and investing heavily in our UK presence.
You’ll work with some of the most innovative contract caterers in the education sector and play a hands-on role in shaping how digital solutions are rolled out across schools and enterprises.
As a UK Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a key driver of customer adoption, operational success, and long-term partnerships. You’ll support customers through mobilisations, onboardings, and day-to-day operations, acting as a trusted partner and the face of Kanpla in the UK.
This is a highly hands-on role with real responsibility and room to grow.
Own and support a portfolio of UK customers, primarily in the education contract catering sector
Take ownership of mobilisations and operational setups across new and existing sites
Drive customer adoption, success, and satisfaction across the full lifecycle
Act as a key point of contact for customers, building strong and trusted relationships
Support and help execute the UK Customer Success strategy
Work closely with the International Go-To-Market and Global Customer Success teams
Represent Kanpla on-site with customers when needed

At least 3+ year experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
Experience working with UK schools / education or contract catering is a big plus
Comfortable with complexity and customer-facing problem solving
A good understanding of SaaS and a tech-savvy approach.
