We are now hiring an AI Product Manager to work at the core of the product, shaping the foundation that automates accounting and operational workflows.

About the role

As a Product Manager at Sanna, you’ll work hands-on with the foundational systems that power our accounting operations. Your mission is to turn complex, manual accounting workflows into reliable, scalable automation — using the right combination of AI, traditional software, and human-in-the-loop processes.

This is a highly practical role. You’ll be close to engineers, designers, and accountants, working on real workflows with real consequences.

• Own core product vision and roadmap that underpin accounting and operational automation as well as Sanna’s overall strategy

• Identify, design, and prioritize workflows that should be automated

• Decide when to use AI, when to use deterministic software, and when humans should stay in the loop

• Balance speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-powered systems

• Lead a product squad consisting of engineers and designers, through iterations of insights, prioritization and implementation

Who we are looking for

We value product sense, execution ability, and learning speed more than titles or years of experience.

• Experienced PM. Experience in a hands-on product role, ideally with automation or AI systems.

• Product intuition. Strong product judgment in complex domains and ability to prioritize and make trade-offs with clarity.

• Customer obsessed. Obsessed with customer value and outcome.

• Business acumen. Understanding how product priorities impact the overall company strategy.

• Bridge builder. Clear and structured written and verbal communication to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. Ability to simplify complexity and convey intention.

• Ownership & drive. Committed and conscientious from A to Z. Be responsible for taking initiatives across the finish line.

• Curious innovator. Curiosity for how AI and software can replace or augment manual work.
