Event Manager - Nabogo Norway/Sweden

At nabogo, we are looking for an Event Manager who thrives on pace, responsibility and performance. You will drive events that convert and lead teams that create visible impact. You will have the freedom to execute, the data to prioritise and a clear mandate to win the next carpool team out there.
As Event Manager at nabogo, you have end-to-end responsibility for our events – from concept and planning to execution, measurement and continuous optimisation. You drive user adoption, engagement and long-term user behaviour through data-driven and scalable events that create documented impact in the form of more downloads, higher onboarding rates and increased usage over time.
The role is central to nabogo’s growth. You lead event teams in the field, work closely with Customer Success managers, Sales and the product team, and have significant freedom to design and develop the event strategy in a values-driven scale-up focused on creating greener and more flexible mobility for our customers through growth in the userpool.
Develop and execute a scalable, performance-driven event strategy
Plan staffing and geographic coverage based on data and insights in cooperation with the Customer Success Manager
Lead, recruit and develop event teams and brand ambassadors in the field
Ensure high quality and consistent execution across all events
Follow up on KPIs and deliver data-driven coaching
Work with dashboards tracking downloads, conversion, team performance and ROI
Drive evaluations, A/B testing and continuous improvement
Report performance, insights and learnings to management
You are results-oriented, structured and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have experience from event management, Sales, Facer/phoner operations or team leadership and are motivated by creating measurable results together with your team. You are hands-on, analytical and comfortable working in the field – and you want to show everyone how top performance looks like.
