Do you want to take responsibility for activating framework agreements on some of Europe’s largest construction projects?
At Maturix, you will work with intelligent sensors and data solutions that document and optimize concrete strength development on complex construction projects. We have already entered into framework agreements with some of Europe’s largest contractors – and you take responsibility for turning these agreements into concrete (pun intended) orders and long-term collaboration at project level.
You will take on a central role in an international growth company where sales are built on trust, timing, and long-term relationships. Here, you will drive initial project orders and ongoing upselling across all projects covered by existing framework agreements.
You will follow projects from the first order and ensure continuous upselling throughout the entire project lifecycle. Through close collaboration with the site and project management, you will build relationships that position you – and Maturix – as the preferred partner on future projects.
Activate framework agreements on new construction projects - you will identify relevant projects, engage with key decision-makers and drive the initial project order all the way to closure
Ensure ongoing upselling and project anchoring - you will monitor project development and consumption, identify needs in time and ensure that Maturix remains an integrated part of daily project operations
Build and extend relationships across projects - you will establish trusted relationships with project management and position Maturix as the preferred partner – also when customers move on to new projects
Create overview, pipeline and sales insight - you will maintain oversight of active projects, identify new opportunities and work in a structured way with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
You have experience with B2B sales, preferably from the construction industry, technical sales or project-based sales
You are able to drive complex sales processes from initial dialogue to order placement
You have experience with relationship-based sales and confidently navigate decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders
You work in a structured manner with pipeline management, forecasting, and sales follow-up
You communicate fluently in at least one Scandinavian language and English
You are relationship-oriented and quickly build trust with experienced decision-makers
You work independently and responsibly and thrive with clear ownership of your projects
You are persistent and structured and see your dialogues through to completion
You have strong commercial awareness and understand the importance of timing
You communicate clearly and professionally – both on site and at management level
You think long-term and are motivated by building lasting relationships and customer portfolios over time
The position is 37 hours per week and is based at our office in Odense, Denmark.
