At tamigo, we help retailers and hospitality brands across Europe simplify and streamline workforce management. With hundreds of customers already in Spain, we’re now growing fast — and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us accelerate.
You’ll team up with our Enterprise Sales Executive to turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into customers. You’ll dive into outreach, spark great first impressions, and spot real opportunities. Your drive, structure, and clear communication will help you handle objections, run sharp discovery calls, and close smaller deals along the way.
If you love asking smart questions, uncovering needs, and making a real impact, this role puts you right at the heart of our growth — and the success of our customers in the Spanish market.
Core responsibilities:
Handle small deals (inbound small and mid-size business leads).
Book qualified meetings with enterprise prospects for the Enterprise Sales Executive. You’re responsible for research, outreach and the first discovery call.
Keep our CRM system (HubSpot) up to date.
Once the above is under control:
Outbound outreach to midsize leads.
Support the Enterprise Sales Executive during larger deals.
Learn to close midsize deals.
You bring: Native level Spanish, excellent English and sales drive. We’ll teach the rest.
Start in inbound, learn to prospect, present and close smaller deals – you can grow fast with us. Experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
