We’re looking for a driven Sales & Partnerships Lead to take ownership of closing recurring brand partnerships. This is a commission-based freelance role designed for ambitious sellers who want high upside, responsibility, and long-term growth — not fixed hours or a fixed salary.
You’ll focus on selling UGC content packages and partnerships to brands. We handle strategy, creators, production, and delivery — you focus on conversations, relationships, and closing.
Close recurring UGC content packages with brands
Build long-term brand partnerships
Run sales calls via phone or Zoom
Qualify decision-makers and guide deals to close
Work closely with the founders on offer, pricing, and growth
Hungry, ambitious, and performance-driven
Comfortable with commission-based compensation
Confident speaking with founders and decision-makers
Motivated by upside, ownership, and growth
Sales experience is a plus, but mindset matters more
High commissions with no cap
