Team and role 🎒

We work on products that we deliver to internal and external customers through different applications that share the same core. In tech/product we are 10+ people across Copenhagen and Aarhus.

We collaborate day-to-day on Slack, Notion and Github. We maximize output by utilizing modern AI tools to speed up discovery, prototyping and development such as Claude, ChatGPT and v0. Helping us test ideas quickly and deliver high-quality software more efficiently.

This is a full-time permanent role as a product designer. You can work from our locations in either Aarhus or Copenhagen. Our base salary range starts at EUR 80.000 + pension and benefits.

• GitHub Projects for project management, issue tracking and roadmaps.

• Figma for wireframing, UI designs, prototyping and iterative feedback.

• Notion for documentation, specifications and much more.

• React is our frontend and Material UI as our current component library.

• Slack for all internal communication.

Your responsibilities 📝

This role is cross-functional and dedicated to enhancing the user experience across our complex B2B applications.

• Leading UI/UX end-to-end from ideation and final product design. Raising the bar for UI/UX at Embankment.

• Build the right solutions by understanding our customers, validating assumptions, and iterating designs based on feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed and high-quality user experiences.

• Establish best practice as our first product designer. Define our design practices and set the direction to help us scale as we grow.

• Design for AI and with AI tools. Help shape intuitive AI features, and use tools like v0 and coding agents to iterate faster.
