That means we need someone who sits comfortably in the space between art and engineering — someone who can sculpt beauty out of chaos and make tools that turn creators into superhumans.

The Role

You’re not here to just make pretty shaders or tighten bolts on an existing pipeline. You’re here to invent, prototype, optimize, and elevate the visual backbone of an entirely new content format.

You will:

• Develop and maintain efficient, scalable art pipelines for a platform where millions of eyes are watching.

• Create shaders, VFX, and optimization magic that run beautifully across devices.

• Collaborate deeply with engineers and artists, dissolving the walls between creativity and implementation.

• Prototype new workflows and define visual standards, pushing the boundaries of what instant playable content can look like.

Requirements

• Experience with Unity (Required).

• Experience with shaders, VFX, and optimization techniques.

• Ability to work across engines and file formats.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and technical fluency.

• Startup mindset: low ego, adaptable, and comfortable shifting directions fast.

• Team-oriented and collaborative with both engineers and artists.

Nice to Have

• Mobile experience.

• Experience with WebGL / WebGPU.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted art workflows.

• Background in social or meme-driven aesthetics.

• Experience building rapid art prototypes.
