We aren't just making a game; we are building the engine that allows millions of non-coders to create games instantly using AI. We have 1.5M+ users, 80K+ creators, and 35M+ views on social. Now we need a Founding Game Engineer who is obsessed with performance and building tools that make creation feel like play.

The Role

You are not here to simply move tickets from "To Do" to "Done." You are here to define how the next native content format of the internet feels.

You will be:

• Builder of Intuitive Gameplay Mechanics: You architect gameplay building blocks that just "click" and allow our users to create without code. You make complex systems feel simple.

• UGC Mindset: You are passionate about empowering our users — the next generation of game creators. You build tools that turn consumers into creators.

• Performance Architect: We run on the browser, optimizing for mobile. You know how to squeeze every frame out of the CPU/GPU and optimize for memory and load times.

• Bridge to AI: You will work directly with our AI Engineers to take generative outputs (3D meshes, code, textures) and make them instantly playable.

• Full-Stack Game Dev: You touch everything from UI Toolkit to gameplay logic, from physics to networking.

Requirements

• Unity/C# Mastery: You understand what happens under the hood. You write code that scales.

• Visual Eye: You don't need to be an artist, but you need to know when something looks "off." You can implement shaders and VFX that bring the world to life.

• Resilience: We are a startup. Specs change. You need a growth mindset and a "can-do" attitude.

• Collaboration: We value kindness and collaboration over raw intelligence.

Nice to Have

• Experience in server authoritative multiplayer architecture.

• Experience with Multiplayer/Networking/WebRTC.

• A background in UGC (User Generated Content) platforms or modding.

• Experience and interest in AI gamedev tools.
