The Role

You are not here to write whitepapers. You are here to build, ship, and improve. You will help users turn memes, prompts, and ideas into shared playable moments instantly on any device.

You will:

• Turn on "Production Mode": Take our experimental AI features and harden them into scalable, efficient, real-time systems.

• Build Multimodal Pipelines: Stitch together text, image, video, 3D, audio, and game mechanics to create magic.

• Optimize for Scale: Ensure models run efficiently across devices for millions of users.

• Experiment Fearlessly: Iterate quickly with new generative approaches (LLMs, Diffusion, Agents).

• Collaborate: Work directly with Founders, Product, and Design.

Requirements

• Top-Tier Engineering: Solid experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, etc.) and deployment.

• Shipper Mindset: Hands-on experience with generative models and application architecture. You don't just train models; you put them in front of users.

• Resilience: You have a growth mindset and the ability to solve complex problems even when things break.

• Startup Mindset: Low ego, high agency. You don't wait for permission; you identify problems and fix them.

Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing models for real-time/mobile + capex (ONNX, TensorRT, CoreML, TFLite).

• Experience building multi-modal agentic systems for AI-assisted content creation.

• A passion for gaming, social platforms, or the creator economy.

• Experience with Unity, Unreal, or other game engines.

• Understanding of trade-offs between model quality, latency, and cost in a consumer product.
