We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join Munchi and help us build the operating system for restaurants. This isn’t your average operations role. You’ll be at the heart of Munchi’s day-to-day engine, ensuring our restaurant partners get the most out of our platform while shaping how we scale.

What is Munchi?

Munchi is the all-in-one operating system for restaurants. We unify POS, self-order kiosks, online stores, loyalty, payments, and analytics into one seamless platform.

Today, we’ve partnered with 150+ restaurants across Finland, Estonia, Malta, and the UAE. With nearly €1M in funding raised and international expansion underway, we’re just getting started.

Our team comes from five countries and backgrounds spanning restaurants, tech, and product, united by one mission: helping restaurants thrive in a digital-first world.

What you’ll do

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll make sure the engine runs smoothly every day. You’ll:

• Onboard new restaurant partners and guide them through setup

• Support existing restaurants and solve problems fast

• Act as the go-to person for our partners and ensure an excellent experience

• Collaborate with sales, tech, and marketing to improve our product and processes

• Work with partner networks like Wolt, Bolt, Foodora, Glovo, Uber Eats and more

• Gather feedback and turn it into operational improvements

• Develop our internal playbooks and optimize workflows as we scale across Europe

To succeed in this role, you should

• Be adaptable, hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Have experience working with project management tools and frameworks

• Have strong project management and problem-solving skills

• Be able to work independently and manage tasks effectively

• Focus on delivering great user experiences

• Be eager to learn and open to feedback

• Speak and communicate comfortably in English and Finnish (this role involves direct communication with Finnish-speaking restaurant partners)

• Communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders

• Have experience in customer-facing roles

• Be located in the Helsinki Metropolitan area

💡 This role isn’t your typical 9–5. We’re a fast-moving startup, so while most days follow a normal rhythm, some flexibility is needed, especially during launches, partner onboardings, or urgent support moments.

• Have experience in the Food or SaaS industry

• Know how to use AI tools to make your work more efficient

• Have worked in cross-functional startup teams
