As an AI Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge AI solutions that directly enhance the quality of care for our patients, improve treatment outcomes, and help us scale our impact.

The ideal candidate should have strong, demonstrated experience in AI/ML, preferably with context engineering, orchestration and optimization of LLMs. Our asynchronous chat-based service is well suited for virtual assistants and automated decision support. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual who can take initiative, get things done efficiently, and work closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.

• Work with operations and product teams to create and improve datasets from human experts.

• Setup machine learning tools and manage data pipelines.

• Develop AI solutions iteratively with evaluations to automate tasks, make predictions, and optimize processes.

• Deploy and monitor AI systems in production, and ensure that they are performing as expected.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in data science and machine learning.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with context engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., ADK or LangChain) for building robust, multi-step agent workflows.

• Experience with AI services provided by cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.

• Ability to own problems end-to-end, and to be proactive in acquiring new knowledge.

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch or Scikit-learn.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.

• You need to have a work permit in Sweden.
