We are a DeepTech & ClimateTech company developing next-generation energy storage and gas handling materials for applications across energy, climate, space and industrial sectors.
We are seeking a high-impact Business Development (BD) expert with a strong commercial mindset to help us close deals, generate sales, and build strategic partnerships. You will work directly with the founders and play a critical role in translating cutting-edge technology into real market traction.
This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape your own position based on your strengths, interests, and long-term ambitions.
Depending on your profile and interests, your responsibilities may include:
Driving business development and sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure
Building and managing a sales pipeline with industrial partners, customers, and integrators
Engaging with stakeholders across the energy, materials, gas, and industrial technology sectors
Supporting commercial strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market execution
Contributing to funding and partnership applications (e.g., grants, strategic collaborations)
Representing the company in meetings, pitches, and negotiations with customers and partners
We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with technical understanding:
Background or experience in energy, materials, chemicals, industrial technology, or climate tech
Demonstrated ability to close deals or advance commercial negotiations
Strong interest in DeepTech startups and early-stage company building
Comfortable working in an uncertain, fast-moving startup environment
Proactive, self-driven, and outcome-oriented
Curious, reflective, and eager to learn continuously
Ideal (but not mandatory):
Technical background with business development and sales experience
Prior exposure to B2B sales, BD, consulting, or industrial partnerships
Experience working with research-driven or hardware-based technologies
Proven track record of delivering results in business, sales, or BD roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional fluency in English
Ability to adapt quickly, learn from feedback, and iterate fast
