We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing ecommerce team and help scale our global consumer brands, starting with Silvery® (www.mysilvery.com), our fastest-growing U.S. brand. You’ll be responsible for understanding our customers deeply and turning those insights into performance-driven content and funnel improvements.
We are scaling quickly with strong profitability, and our top-performing brand Silvery® already generates over $1M in monthly revenue. We have served over 200,000 customers globally, and our reach continues to grow. Silvery® is revolutionizing the bedding industry with silver-infused technology that enhances sleep hygiene and comfort. In 2026, the brand will enter U.S. retail and expand its technologically advanced sleep product portfolio.
Researching and analyzing customer behavior, competitors, and market trends, especially in the U.S. e-commerce landscape.
Translating insights into creative concepts and ad briefs that guide the Paid Social and Creative teams.
Monitoring platform trends (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) to identify emerging opportunities for UGC, hooks, and storytelling.
Managing a small network of freelancers (UGC creators, editors, copywriters) to bring creative ideas to life.
Using data from live campaigns to refine customer personas and messaging frameworks.
A genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, and consumer psychology, you’re curious about why people buy what they buy.
Experience (or strong self-taught skills) in growth or performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or DTC brands.
The ability to research deeply, competitors, audiences, and trends, and turn findings into actionable ideas.
Hands-on experience running or analyzing social-media ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, or similar).
Confidence in working with data and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to guide creative decisions.
Good English skills and a global mindset.
