Technical Support Associate – Barcelona

We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented Tech Support Specialist interested in management path to join our growing Tech and Product team in Barcelona.

As a Tech Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between our clients, Customer Success teams, and Engineering organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring technical issues are identified, investigated, communicated, and resolved with high quality and speed. Beyond day-to-day support, you will contribute to platform reliability, release quality, tooling, and technical enablement across the organisation.

Flowbox is a fast-scaling SaaS company founded in 2016. Our platform enables brands to collect, manage, and publish User Generated Content (UGC) across their marketing and E-commerce channels.

Earlier this year, Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer marketing platform. Post-acquisition, Flowbox now serves more than 1,000 customers, reports close to €9M in ARR, and employs over 60 people across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen.

About the team

You will be part of our Tech and Product organisation, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and our customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Support, and Sales Engineering). The Technical Support team’s mission is to ensure Flowbox runs smoothly for every client, resolve technical issues efficiently, and strengthen the overall quality and reliability of our platform.

This role is central to bridging customer insights with our technical roadmap and ensuring a seamless experience for users implementing or running Flowbox on their sites.

What you will do

A regular day will include:

  • Handling and resolving technical support tickets from internal stakeholders, mainly Customer Success, and occasionally directly from clients

  • Investigating platform issues, unexpected behaviours, and customer-impacting bugs through logs, browser developer tools, testing, API analysis, and reproduction flows

  • Analysing implementation setups, embed codes, scripts, integrations, and platform configurations to ensure Flowbox is correctly implemented across different environment

  • Filing clear, structured, and actionable bug reports while collaborating closely with Engineering teams throughout investigation and resolution processes

  • Supporting the release process of platform features and improvements, including final QA validation, customer impact verification, rollout support, and internal communication readiness

  • Creating and maintaining release-related documentation, troubleshooting articles, technical guides, and internal support playbooks

  • Taking ownership of technical projects that improve the Support organisation and customer experience, including internal tooling, automation initiatives, debugging utilities, and plugin-related development and maintenance

  • Supporting and maintaining integrations and plugins across different E-commerce platforms and CMS ecosystems

  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve workflows, monitoring, support quality, and operational efficiency

  • Helping define and improve technical support processes, escalation paths, and knowledge-sharing practices across the organisation

  • Acting as a technical point of expertise for complex support cases, implementation challenges, and platform behaviour analysiss

About You

  • Experience working with APIs, browser developer tools, logs, scripts, and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

  • Understanding of modern web platforms, E-commerce ecosystems, and CMS environments

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in English clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues end-to-end

  • Comfortable taking ownership of technical initiatives and driving improvements independently

  • Experience with QA processes, release validation, or technical product operations is considered a strong plus

This role requires constant interaction with internal teams and sometimes with clients, so strong communication skills and patience are essential.
