The core IP is already granted at EU level, validated in key markets, and supported by early commercial traction. We are in ongoing discussions with partners and stakeholders as part of a structured path toward scale.

This is not an idea-stage project.

It is a protected asset that has reached its execution phase.

Current Situation

CleverSeal® is currently in active dialogue with a forthcoming strategic partner. The focus of that dialogue is IP structure, equity alignment, and investor readiness.

Through this process, one thing is already very clear: building CleverSeal® into a strong and scalable company requires more than one founder-level role.

This post is therefore not about replacement or repositioning.

It is about strengthening the team around the technology.

Alongside IP, capital, and investor structure, there must be dedicated operational and commercial leadership that can execute day-to-day and move the company forward.
