The world needs to increase the amount of renewable energy to battle climate change. Glint Solar is an Oslo-based startup accelerating the growth of solar energy by making it fast and simple to find the best solar project locations. Glint Solar was founded in 2020 with the mission of accelerating the adoption of solar energy across the globe. Today we are counting 50 employees, an increasing number of customers from all over the world, and we have exciting times ahead. We are scaling and we need an experienced leader to keep our customer success team running at full speed, with high precision and scale.
We’re now seeking a Head of Customer Success who turns great customer experiences into a repeatable business, and ‘wow’ moments into long-term loyalty.
As Head of Customer Success at Glint Solar, you’ll own retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction across our growing customer base. This is a pivotal leadership role combining clear direction, strong people leadership, and operational excellence with hands-on customer engagement.
You’ll lead and scale the Customer Success function, ensuring it delivers measurable business impact through proactive engagement, structured risk assessment, data-driven renewals, and value-focused customer journeys. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customers realize maximum value from Glint Solar.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead and scale the Customer Success function at Glint Solar, setting direction, developing people, and ensuring Customer Success drives meaningful business impact.
Set the vision, priorities, and quarterly goals for Customer Success, owning retention, renewals, expansion, customer satisfaction, and churn reduction
Establish strong risk assessment practices across the customer base, ensuring early identification and mitigation of churn risk
Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Success team, creating clarity, accountability, and high performance
Raise the bar on operational excellence across documentation, processes, customer engagement, relationship management, customer health tracking, and admin hygiene in HubSpot and related systems
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align on shared success metrics, strengthen feedback loops, and ensure seamless customer handovers

Proven experience leading and scalingCustomer Success in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion at scale, including proactive churn prevention
Experience building structured processes for customer health and success, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and documentation
Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions
Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functionally
