About the role
Our People & Culture team creates an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and enjoy coming to work. As HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in running smooth HR operations and shaping the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to everyday support and office management.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating a great workplace culture for employees, while ensuring that HR administration and office operations run smoothly and professionally.
What you’ll actually do
At Landfolk, you’ll join a small People & Culture team built on trust and curiosity. Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of HR and office operations, including:
Support recruitment and onboarding across teams
Managing employment contracts
Maintain HR policies, processes, and employee handbook
Handling everyday HR questions, administration and reporting
Contributing to HR projects within performance, policies, learning, and development
Owning day-to-day office administration
Strengthening workplace culture and help creating a great working environment
Supporting events, travel planning, and other ad hoc tasks
About you
You have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar HR role and are known for being structured, empathetic, and reliable. You enjoy supporting others and making things work behind the scenes.
Ideally, you:
Have a HR education or experience in an HR administrative role
Have experience with onboarding and employee administration
Care deeply about workplace culture and the employee journey
Thrive in a role that balances people support with operational responsibility
Enjoy being hands-on and taking ownership
