We are now looking for a skilled Industrialization Engineer to join the Manufacturing team and drive our mission forward. Our factory uses a revolutionary production method that makes it possible to replace traditional rubber in pneumatic tires with new, sustainable materials.

This role is key in bridging the gap between R&D and production, ensuring that new products and processes are efficiently industrialized following proof-of-concept validation. The Industrialization Engineer will work closely with R&D, Process Engineering, and Quality Engineering teams to design and implement robust, cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
Establish the most efficient way to produce products and processes after proof-of-concept validation.
Work closely with R&D, Process Engineering, and Quality Engineering to ensure smooth industrialization.
Actively participate in CAPEX planning and procurement processes for new equipment and tooling.
Contribute to PFMEA and Control Plan development to ensure quality is built into the process.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining product integrity.
Someone who is motivated and enthusiastic for the opportunity to shape industrialization processes from the ground up.
You are experienced in a Manufacturing/Production and feel confident entering this role with your existing skillsets and are still hungry for further growth and development.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrialization or process engineering within manufacturing or automotive sectors.
Strong understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, and lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with CAPEX planning and supplier management.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with hands-on involvement.
