We are now looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join the Manufacturing team and drive our mission forward. Our factory uses a revolutionary production method that makes it possible to replace traditional rubber in pneumatic tires with new, sustainable materials.

The role

As a Quality Engineer, you will be at the center of cutting-edge industrial production. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Manufacturing and our R&D team to build and refine a new global standard for tire production.

This position will be working on a rotating shift schedule.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in improving our production line, including:

• Coordinate and lead the implementation and updates of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Develop and implement a Statistical Process Control (SPC) system.

• Design cost-effective inspection plans based on PFMEA and Control Plans.

• Lead investigations using 8D methodology for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Define and validate appropriate tolerances for new and existing products.

• Drive quality improvements across processes and products to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

•         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

•          Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or automotive sectors.

•          Strong knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem-solving.

•          Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards is a plus.

•         Excellent analytical skills.

•          Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

•          Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with hands-on involvement.
