WasteHero is transforming how cities and private haulers manage waste — smarter, greener, and more scalable. Our SaaS platform helps organizations digitize operations, improve sustainability, and deliver more efficient public services across Europe.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious students to join our Bid & Commercial Team as Growth & Tender Analyst Interns at our HQ in Aarhus. In this role, you will help identify new opportunities, validate market potential, and support the preparation of winning tenders that drive WasteHero’s commercial growth.
The internship starts in January / February and follows the university semester until summer. We are looking for students who can commit for the full semester and are eager to take on real commercial responsibility alongside their studies.
As a Growth & Tender Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in building and strengthening WasteHero’s growth pipeline. Your focus will be on lead generation, tender discovery, market research, and opportunity qualification across both the public and private sectors.
You will gain hands-on experience with how public and private tenders work in practice — from early market dialogues to formal tender processes — and how a SaaS scale-up competes and wins in complex commercial environments.
