Are you ready to take strategic ownership of Kanpla’s partnerships in the Nordics? Kanpla is on a mission to digitalize contract catering, and we’re looking for a Nordic Key Account Director to lead, grow, and elevate our presence and position across the region.
This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic account leadership, commercial ownership, and cross-functional execution to maximize long-term value for both Kanpla and our Nordic enterprise clients.
What started as a school project has quickly grown into the leading digital solution for canteens in the Nordics, with 550,000+ users and a rapidly expanding footprint across Europe. You’ll work closely with some of the most influential contract caterers in the region and help set new standards for how technology supports sustainability, food quality, and operational excellence in the industry.Your Impact 🚀 Our market position in the Nordics is already well-established, and this is your chance to go in and impact the digital future of nordic contract catering.
As Nordic Key Account Director, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for Kanpla’s top-tier enterprise customers in the Nordics. You’ll ensure we deliver exceptional value at scale, expand existing agreements, and position Kanpla as a long-term strategic partner.
This role goes beyond classic account management, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive complex initiatives, and help define how enterprise partnerships are managed across the company.
Own and grow Kanpla’s Nordic enterprise portfolio, with responsibility for retention, expansion, and long-term success
Act as the senior commercial and strategic lead for key Nordic accounts, engaging C-level and executive stakeholders
Drive and execute enterprise-level initiatives, from rollouts and expansions to strategic pilots and partnerships
Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Success, VP of OPS, and Commercial teams

Office base in Aarhus or Copenhagen, with close collaboration across our European hubs
Proven experience in senior Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success leadership
Strong track record managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts, ideally in the Nordics
Structure- and project management excellence
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital platforms and B2B SaaS value creation
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment
Fluent in a nordic language and English (second nordic language is a plus)
