We are developing an innovative recruitment product. To support this initiative, we are seeking a Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B, B2C and product marketing within the HR technology space.
As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the product and growth teams to help position our recruitment solution in the market. This role is well-suited for a student or recent graduate who is analytically minded, creative, and interested in how marketing drives product adoption.
Support go-to-market activities for a recruitment product in development
Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and user insights
Create and refine marketing content (website copy, product messaging, presentations, social media, email campaigns)
Help execute digital marketing initiatives and track performance metrics
Collaborate with product, sales, and recruitment stakeholders to align messaging
Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning and customer engagement
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or product marketing
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with common productivity tools
Direct exposure to launching and marketing a recruitment technology product
Practical experience in B2B, SaaS, and product marketing
