We are now hiring an HR Business Partner who wants to make a real difference in Sensio’s next growth phase. 


About the role

As HR Business Partner at Sensio, you will work closely with leaders in Norway and internationally to develop people, teams, and structures that scale. You will be able to influence improvement on core HR processes while enabling leaders to succeed in a fast-moving environment.

You will also plan an active role in improving how we work, sharing knowledge across the organisation, and using AI to automate workflows, improve quality, and free up time for meaningful work.

Responsibilities

Leadership support and organizational development

  • Act as a partner for leaders across Norway and multiple countries 

  • Support leaders in team development, performance, feedback, and change

  • Strengthen leadership capability through insights, guidance, and well-designed people processes

Ensure high-quality people systems and processes

  • Own and develop processes across the entire employee lifecycle

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences in a cross-border environment

  • Improve HRIS and people data structures to make us more efficient and insight-driven

  • Ensure HR policies, handbooks, and procedures are up to date and aligned with local labour laws

  • Ensure high-quality people data and reliable reporting that help leaders plan and make better decisions

Recruitment and development support

  • Support leaders and Talent in selected recruitment processes

  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives that build capability and culture

Continuous improvement

  • Use AI tools actively to automate repetitive work and improve workflows 

  • Drive continuous improvement and challenge existing practices

  • Contribute to a culture of learning, curiosity, and operational excellence 


What we are looking for
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Ops professional

  • Experience from a fast-growing environment, ideally from a tech or product company

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise well, and build strong relationships

  • Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian

  • In-depth understanding of Norwegian labor law

  • Education within HR, organizational psychology, or related fields, preferably on master’s level 

  • Curiosity for AI and experience using AI tools to improve productivity and processes 

It's a plus if you also have

  • Experience from international growth environments

  • Competence in HR systems and data-driven HR
