The Job

As our Office & Culture Assistant, you’ll play a central role in keeping our workplace running smoothly and our team feeling supported, connected, and inspired. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career - especially if you’re studying HR, behavioural sciences, business administration, or similar - and want hands-on experience in a modern HR team.

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with teams across the company.

What You’ll Do

Office Operations & Workspace
  • Ensure the office is welcoming, well-stocked, and running smoothly. Coordinating suppliers, deliveries, and facility-related needs

  • Support in building an inspiring and functional workspace where people feel motivated and excited to be

  • Own a critical role in our upcoming office move - from planning and coordination to ensuring a seamless, inspiring launch of our new workspace

  • Coordinate hardware orders and assist with everyday technical needs in the office

People & Culture Support
  • Assist with HR administration such as maintaining employee records and preparing onboarding/offboarding materials

  • Help organise memorable welcome experiences for new hires

  • Support ongoing HR and culture-related projects throughout the year

Event Planning & Vibe Management
  • Take ownership of planning and coordinating internal events: afterworks, team breakfasts, seasonal celebrations, learning sessions, kickoffs, and larger company gatherings

  • Manage event logistics - venue coordination, catering, communication, atmosphere-setting, and follow-ups

  • Come up with creative ideas for community-building activities and engagement initiatives.

  • Keep the office vibe high through “mood management” - ensuring the space support a positive experience for everyone

Who You Are

  • A natural communicator and community-builder, known for being friendly, clear, and contributing positively to the team culture

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

  • Creative and enthusiastic about planning events and creating great experience

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable juggling many tasks at once

  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)

Nice to haves
  • Currently studying in a relevant field such as HR, behavioural science, business, or communication is a strong plus.

  • Tech-savvy, interested, and confident in managing simple technical requests.
