Salary Competitive

Join reMarkable’s fast-growing Amazon team and play a key role in expanding one of our fastest-scaling global sales channels.

Following our transition to Amazon Vendor, we are scaling the UK and launching nine new Amazon EU markets, while strengthening Amazon as a platform for discovery, trust, and conversion. As the Key Account Manager for Amazon EMEIA, you will own the day-to-day relationship with Amazon Vendor Managers, our AVS team, and our external Amazon agency. You will drive sales, expand into new markets, and deliver exponential growth for the company.

You will oversee end-to-end Amazon sales across the UK, EU, and India from supply forecasting and logistics to financial management, returns, and customer experience while collaborating with Marketing and Data and Insights team to ensure smooth data flow, actionable insights, and strong commercial execution.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Own the relationship with Amazon UK and Pan-EU, serving as the primary day-to-day contact. Manage Vendor Manager and AVS interactions, escalate brand issues, and resolve operational or commercial challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Lead long-term business development and annual terms negotiations, including growth planning, sales support, and strategic alignment with Amazon to unlock new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and regions alongside our Amazon Channel Marketer, ensuring flawless catalogue setup, compliance, and a steady flow of orders that match consumer demand.
  • Own top-line Net Sales and Contribution Margin targets across Amazon EU, UK, and India, with accountability for operational P&L performance, profitability, and deductions management.
  • Partner closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Ops Excellence to maintain accurate sell-in and sell-out forecasts and secure best-in-class in-stock rates across all marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with our external Amazon agency to manage Vendor Central operations, ensure compliance, optimize product setup, and monitor operational and sales performance metrics—delivering clear reporting and insights for forecasting, analytics, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for the following experience:

  • 6+ years retail sales experience, with 3+ years managing Amazon Vendor Central (1P) accounts.
  • Proven ownership of Amazon revenue between £10M–£100M+, ideally across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills including sales forecasting, inventory planning, and performance analysis in Excel/Google Sheets. (BI/Tableau/SAP are a plus.)
  • Knowledge of EU 3PLs, logistics, and Amazon operational requirements (PO placement, chargebacks, fulfilment challenges, delivery compliance).
  • Experience working with international teams or in scaling global retail/e-commerce environments.

As a person, you are someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams. You are highly organized, manage your time well, and can run multiple projects in parallel. You thrive as an independent self-starter and perform at your best in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
