Neurons is hiring a Web Designer with strong Webflow expertise to maintain, build, and raise the bar on our website and digital brand. You’ll spend most of your time in Webflow crafting fast, scalable, on-brand pages, while also taking ownership of digital marketing design needs that support campaigns and growth. If you love Webflow, clean structures, well-organized classes/IDs, and building beautiful, functional websites, you’ll fit right in!

What Success Looks Like In This Role 

You’re successful when our website is fast, consistent, easy to scale, and teams can rely on you to ship high-quality updates without friction. 

We’ll measure success through:

• Website quality: speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and brand consistency
• Delivery cadence: reliable, on-time launches of pages and updates
• Scalability: clean Webflow structure + reusable components
• Stakeholder trust: Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps can move quickly with your support

What You’ll Do

Own and evolve our Webflow site

• Keep the Neurons site structured, performant, and up to date in Webflow
• Build new pages/sections that are responsive, accessible, and on brand
• Maintain clean class/global style systems to keep everything scalable
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure consistent cross-device/browser performance
• Implement HubSpot forms and landing flows that support lead-gen goals

Extend the brand across key digital touchpoints
While your main focus is owning and building in Webflow, this role also includes a regular expectation to design brand-consistent assets that connect to our web and marketing work. This may include campaign visuals, event materials, social/sales collateral, and occasional simple print pieces. The emphasis is on clean, high-quality marketing design, not multimedia production.

What You Bring

You’ll ramp fast if you have:

• Strong Webflow experience (must-have) and a love for clean builds
• Deep understanding of classes, global styles, responsive systems, and accessibility
• Solid Figma workflow and ability to translate designs into Webflow accurately
• Experience with HubSpot forms/landing pages (or can learn quickly)
• Strong visual design for digital marketing and simple brand collateral
• A structured, detail-driven approach and high bar for quality
• A proactive, collaborative mindset
