You’ll connect the dots between product, users and market — and ensure we’re building not just momentum, but a long-term business.
You’ll play a pivotal role in a small, ambitious startup-team bringing the Qpaws vision to life. Expect to be hands-on – shaping strategy one day, closing a partnership the next, and engaging directly with our community the day after.
Know how to build sustainable revenue models, ideally with experience from consumer apps or other digital products (premium tiers, ads, partnerships, etc.).
Get excited about turning product features into real commercial value for users, partners and the company.
Understand ASO/SEO, monetization funnels and retention mechanics – and know how to apply them.
Have experience building and nurturing communities that strengthen brand and stickiness.
Can juggle hands-on execution (CRM, campaigns, analytics) with strategic leadership.
Have been part of startup journey(s) before – and know you thrive in that fast-moving, build-as-you-go environment.
Love dogs (although this is a bonus, no prerequisite. Your passion for building a world-class business is what truly matters).

We're a community based tracking tool, often referred to as "Strava for dogs". With over 40,000 dogs already registered, we help people track, manage and share their dogs’ training, health and everyday adventures. Now we're ready to scale.
We’re based in Oslo, Norway. Hybrid-flexible: you can join us in Oslo OR work remotely with regular syncs and team meetups.
