Glint Solar is an Oslo-based startup accelerating the growth of solar energy by making it fast and simple to find the best solar project locations. Glint Solar was founded in 2020 with the mission of accelerating the adoption of solar energy across the globe. Today we are counting 50 employees, an increasing number of customers from all over the world, and we have exciting times ahead. We are scaling and we need a data-driven problem solver to keep our commercial operations running at full speed.

We are now seeking a Customer Success Manager who turns everyday interactions into “wow” moments that keep customers coming back.


Role Overview

We’re looking for an energizing, empathic Customer Success Manager who loves turning customers into champions. You thrive on solving problems, building strong relationships, and making sure customers get real value from Glint Solar’s platform. You’ll be a key part of our commercial team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver an experience customers genuinely love.


What you’ll do

  • Guide customers from smooth onboarding to long-term success through close engagement and clear communication.
  • Monitor account health, act early on risks, and confidently drive renewals.
  • Proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support our growth
  • Be the customer’s voice internally, sharing insights that shape product improvements and priorities.
  • Keep customer data and activity updated in HubSpot and track key usage and satisfaction metrics.
  • Support content creation and process improvements that help Customer Success scale.
