We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is motivated to think creatively and craft thoughtful user experiences. This role is for a designer who thrives on making complex data and technical concepts intuitive and accessible to our users.

In this role, you will…
- Design with purpose: You’ll lead the design of features and flows that make our product not only functional but enjoyable for users, solving complex technical problems with simple, elegant solutions.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas from concept to launch, always keeping the user experience top of mind.
- Contribute to and refine our design system: Contribute to and improve our design system, ensuring consistency and a high-quality experience across the product.
- Champion the user: Advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and feedback are reflected in every design decision, and championing usability and accessibility.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Creating high-quality designs: From concept sketches to detailed interaction designs and prototypes, you’ll produce designs that set a high bar for quality and craftsmanship.
- Co-creating with customers: Engage directly with our users, running user interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to co-design solutions that truly meet their needs and improve their experience with our product
- Working closely with developers: Partner with engineers to implement your designs, ensuring fidelity from prototype to product, and addressing any challenges along the way.
- Iterating based on feedback: Actively seek out feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members, and incorporate it to improve designs and refine details.
- Participating in design critiques: Share your work with the team, provide constructive feedback to others, and collaborate to solve design challenges as a team.
This position is for you if you have…
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience designing software (preferably in SaaS), with a comprehensive portfolio to show for it
- Proficient in Figma, along with experience using AI-driven tools for quick prototyping
- Proficient in effective communication, both writing and speaking skills
- Experience running fast research to inform decisions
- Interest or background in data-driven business or marketing
Mindset & approach
- Effective in breaking down complex problems and creating clear, practical solutions
- System-thinking mindset and ability to understand complex technical products
- Skills in quickly exploring and iterating on design ideas
- Ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on design work
- The skill to ask questions, challenge ideas, and stand up for good design
- Openness to feedback and flexibility in approach, always focused on finding the best solution
- Judgment to know when to follow patterns and when to break them
