We are looking for a Partnership Manager to help drive collaboration with our cutting-edge technology partners. At the forefront of quantum computing, this role offers the unique vantage point of working with the most advanced electronics and Integrated Circuit (IC) technologies globally, shaping the future of our products and the industry.

This position focuses on identifying technology gaps, building relationships with partners, and ensuring that our electronics and control solutions align with the company’s strategic and technical objectives. The work provides direct value by connecting internal development teams with the right external expertise and solutions, helping accelerate our technology roadmap.

What will I be doing?

  • Identify and address technology gaps in control electronics by closely following internal development and engaging with teams to determine needs and improvements
  • Establish and nurture a network of electronics partners, subcontractors, and component suppliers
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with electronics partners
  • Facilitate evaluation and assessment of electronics and control solutions to ensure fit with project and company goals
  • Ensure strategic alignment of partnerships with the company’s technological, product, and business strategies across different time horizons


What skills do I need?

  • Proven industry experience in electronics and ICs, RF-SoCs, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience in IC design and manufacturing
  • Strong track record in partnership management, with the ability to independently drive initiatives
  • Proactive and independent way of working, with excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Control Engineering, RF/MW Engineering, Physics, or similar


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in sourcing, RF/MW engineering, embedded control systems engineering
  • Familiarity with project management practices and experience managing projects
  • Legal knowledge, including contracts and intellectual property (IP)
  • Understanding of signal processing and quantum computing
