This is a high-impact role for the future of our retail business. We’re looking for a true self-starter, someone who’s ready to relocate, operate on the ground, and take full ownership of Silverys' retail expansion in the United States. You won’t be starting from zero: the brand already has strong traction and a proven product-market fit in the U.S. Your work will directly shape how Silvery enters shopping centers, secures retail partnerships, and ultimately opens doors to major retailers like Costco, Walmart, The Home Depot, and more.
Ventura Brands Oy was founded in 2019 and operates multiple brands, selling products online through Amazon and our own website. We are experiencing fast growth this year with strong profitability as we continue expanding our product lines and brand portfolio. We have served over 200,000 customers globally, and our reach continues to grow. One of our key brands, Silvery, is revolutionizing the bedding industry with silver-infused technology that enhances sleep hygiene and comfort. In 2026, the brand will enter U.S. retail and expand its technologically advanced sleep product portfolio, and this role will play a crucial part in making that happen.
Retail Expansion & Pop-Up Execution
Identifying opportunities for pop-up locations in shopping centers and malls
Managing negotiations with leasing teams and retail partners
Coordinating the logistics, planning, and execution of pop-up launches
Ensuring operational excellence during pop-up periods, including assembling and leading local pop-up teams
Evaluating locations, performing site visits, analyzing foot traffic, and assessing opportunities
Partnerships & Negotiation
Building relationships with retail groups and mall operators
Securing favorable terms and contracts for Silvery pop-ups and retail presence
Acting as the key point of contact for U.S. retail negotiations
Growth & Strategy Support
Helping shape Silvery’s physical retail strategy in the U.S.
Collecting customer, market, and location insights
Supporting long-term expansion into larger retail partnerships
Reporting insights directly to our team in Finland
This position is for you if you have:
Experience in retail expansion, business development, leasing negotiations, or physical retail operations. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, you feel confident speaking with mall operators and retail decision makers
The ability to travel and operate independently in the U.S. market. A hands-on approach and willingness to “build the plane while flying it.”
Comfort making decisions and owning a project from concept to execution
A genuine interest in the retail and ecommerce sector and creating in person customer experiences
