We are well beyond idea validation: the business is break-even with monthly profitability, operating from our own warehouse in central Stockholm, supported by automated systems and an experienced team.
We are now entering our next growth phase — scaling our customer base, strengthening our brand leadership in Sweden, and preparing for Nordic expansion.
To support this journey, we are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will take full ownership of marketing, brand, and growth — and act as one of the key leaders shaping Parently’s future together with the CEO and operations team.
As Co-Founder & CMO, you will lead Parently’s marketing and brand strategy end-to-end. This is not a consultant or execution-only role — it is a true founder position with long-term ownership, strategic influence, and operational responsibility.
Your mission is to accelerate growth, strengthen brand authority, and build a category-defining presence in sustainable baby products.
Own and evolve Parently’s marketing strategy across all channels (performance, brand, content, partnerships, community).
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion with a data-driven mindset.
Build Parently into the most trusted and recognizable sustainable baby gear brand in Sweden.
Define and protect the Parently brand voice, positioning, and storytelling.
Act as a public-facing ambassador for Parently in media, partnerships, and social channels.
Create compelling content that connects emotionally with parents and families.
Work closely with the CEO on company-wide strategy and growth priorities.
Contribute to key business decisions beyond marketing, with a founder mindset.
Help shape long-term vision, culture, and company identity.
Native or fluent Swedish speaker (mandatory) with strong cultural understanding of the Swedish parenting market.
Based in Sweden, with availability for in-person collaboration (Stockholm focus).
Proven background in marketing, growth, or brand building, ideally in consumer, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.
Strong interest or experience in performance marketing, content, and digital growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by ownership, responsibility, and long-term value creation.
Comfortable being visible: confident communicating, presenting, and representing the brand publicly.
Bonus: Existing social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) within parenting, lifestyle, or sustainability.
