Neurons is looking for a structured, proactive, and outgoing Event Manager to coordinate in-person and online events globally. If you enjoy shaping how we show up at major events, planning our presence, pulling the logistics together, and jumping in with the team on the day, you’ll have a lot of fun (and real impact) here!

What Success Looks Like in This Role

You’ll be successful when Neurons’ participation in events is planned end-to-end, feels on-brand, and creates real value; and when everyone representing us onsite is well-prepared, confident, and set up to do their best.

Deliver Flawless Global Event Execution

You're succeeding when our presence at key events is so strong that:

• everything runs smoothly without last-minute chaos - clear plan, aligned vendors, sorted travel/logistics, and a well-prepared booth.
• we show up on time, on budget, and in a way that’s fully aligned with Neurons’ brand and goals.
• cross-team roles are clear early, so Sales/Marketing/Leadership know exactly what’s happening and when.
• we leave with fast, clean post-event handovers (leads, learnings, next steps) and follow-ups happening on schedule.

Run Smooth, High-Quality Online Events (Webinars & Virtual Sessions)

You're succeeding here when webinars:

• are planned early with a clear timeline, speakers confirmed, and promo/assets ready on time.
• are promoted effectively to the right audience, with clear messaging and coordinated outreach across channels to drive sign-ups and turnout.
• go live without technical issues, feel polished for attendees, and are easy for speakers to deliver.
• have strong attendance and engagement relative to plan, with reliable post-event reporting and follow-up flows.

Build Reliable Structure & Operational Excellence

You're great in this role when:

• the event machine runs on repeatable workflows, not heroics.
• Monday boards, budgets, checklists, and timelines are always current and give everyone clarity.
• risks are spotted early and solved before they become problems.

What You Bring to Thrive

You'll ramp fast if you:

• naturally build structure (timelines, checklists, workflows) and keep many moving parts under control.
• have owned events end-to-end before; in-person and/or virtual, and know what “good” looks like in delivery.
• sweat the details and still keep momentum.
• are the kind of person who pushes things forward without being chased.
• communicate clearly across teams and enjoy aligning different stakeholders.
• are comfortable in event/tools land (project management systems, CRM, webinar platforms).
• speak and write strong English.
• bonus: experience in SaaS / B2B / marketing-led environments.
