YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Market Development Associate, you will play a central role in advancing our market position & competitive advantage and being a part of shaping our strategic market development practices. In this role, you will support both internal and external stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional projects involving data collection, analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting and creation of policy material with impact across the organisation and different markets.

Key responsibilities & expected deliverables

Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting:

• Facilitate data collection and analysis on key business metrics to ensure accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and compliance.
• Monitor competitor and tender trends to inform the team and market strategies

Policy Support & Documentation:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, shape and write content for key policy and stakeholder reports

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Account management of external stakeholders to secure and maintain beneficial partnerships for Voi
• Coordinate internal stakeholders in the engineering, market and products teams to manage partner support
• Manage partner support requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution

Cross-Team Collaboration & Support:

• Develop clear action plans, timelines and milestones to meet assigned team goals and objectives
• Identify limitations and contribute to process improvements in collaboration with senior team members and management

Building Knowledge & Impact:

• Partner with senior team members to further develop understanding and documentation of market development and policy processes, aiming to make impactful contributions to organisational objectives

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an analytical, structured and solution oriented generalist, with the ability to work with stakeholders on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:

• B.Sc. Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, Law or similar
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience from working with excel, and the ability to conduct analysis and understand the underlying drivers of specific metrics
• Experience from creating slide-presentations, and ability to communicate efficiently with senior internal stakeholders
• Ability to hold strategic meetings with external stakeholders
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn
