Your hiring experience matters
Just as we respect our customers' time, we respect yours. Your experience with Shine should feel simple, transparent and genuinely supportive.
If this sounds like somewhere you want to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Executive Office at Shine

The Executive Office partners directly with our CEO, Rico Andersen, to drive clarity, structure, and alignment across markets.

We connect strategy to execution and ensure that priorities move forward with pace, precision, and impact.

Your Role as Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, you act as a strategic operator and force-multiplier for our CEO.
You bring structure to ambiguity, elevate communication, and ensure that leadership priorities translate into measurable action.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic coordination: turn CEO priorities into clear plans, milestones, decision frameworks, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Executive communication: craft high-quality presentations, board materials, and strategic narratives (slide master level).
  • Cross-functional alignment: coordinate across Product, Tech, Finance, and Country teams to ensure consistent execution.
  • Project leadership: own selected strategic initiatives end-to-end, ensuring momentum, accountability, and clarity.
  • Business insight: support the CEO with analysis, financial reasoning, and strategic framing for key decisions.
  • Operational rhythm: prepare leadership meetings, track commitments, and maintain a disciplined executive operating cadence.
  • Cross-border presence: work regularly with Rico in Paris and Copenhagen to stay tightly embedded in leadership discussions and maintain strong relationships across hubs.

About You

You are a highly structured, analytical, and execution-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations.
You enjoy turning complexity into clarity and building the systems that allow a CEO to scale their impact.

We imagine you bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Investment Banking (Senior Associate), Strategy Consulting, or Strategy & Ops roles in SaaS / FinTech.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial intuition (comfortable with metrics, business cases, and strategic trade-offs).
  • Exceptional presentation and storyline skills - you build decks that elevate thinking, simplify decisions, and communicate clearly.
  • Proven ability to coordinate senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions and geographies.
  • Business fluency in English and French; Danish or German is a plus.
  • Flexibility and motivation to travel regularly between Paris and Copenhagen.

What we Offer

  • Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience and location.
  • Remote Work Culture: Work from our Paris office, with possibility of remote working days.
  • Scale-Up Impact: Join a high-growth environment with ~500 passionate people across Europe and multiple acquisitions; your work has direct, measurable impact.
  • Events and Travel: Regular team events, international trips, and cross-European networking opportunities ✨
