Hey, future video editor! Fancy joining SureShot?

If you love editing videos for Instagram and TikTok, and want to help shape how live events are shared, this is your chance to get stuck in, learn loads, and actually see your work out in the wild.

So, here’s the deal. We’re SureShot—a small, creative startup in Copenhagen—and we’re looking for a video editor intern who’s as obsessed with short-form content as we are. If you get a kick out of turning raw clips into something people actually want to watch, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Chopping up short videos (15–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok

• Putting together longer event recaps (2–5 minutes) that show off the best bits

• Working with real footage from real people—no boring stock stuff here

• Bouncing ideas around with our founders and getting creative with formats

• Trying out new trends and ways of telling stories

• Helping us figure out what our brand should look and feel like on social

What we’re after

• You know your way around Instagram Reels and TikTok—what works, what flops, and why

• You’ve edited short, vertical videos before and know how to keep things punchy

• You’re handy with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut—whatever you like)

• You care more about telling a good story than making things look too polished

• You’re into live music, events, or just love seeing people come together

• You’re happy to get on with things and try new stuff, even if it’s a bit messy

• You’ve got a portfolio or a few clips to show us what you can do

Why you’ll love it

You’ll work directly with us. Your ideas will actually get used, and you’ll see your edits go live. We’re all about real, honest content—not the corporate, over-produced stuff. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, make mistakes, and help us figure out what works.

The practical bits

• 3 month internship, with a chance to stick around if we’re all happy

• Mostly remote, but you might want to pop by an event or two

• Loads of feedback and support from people who’ve been in the game a while

• You’ll help shape the content strategy for a brand that’s just getting started
