Are you a hands-on technical leader with deep experience in primarily Medical Imaging  but also Hardware Integration? AITSU Operations ApS is revolutionizing treatment for grass pollen allergy using cutting-edge ultrasound-guided immunotherapy.

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Head of Engineering to join the Founder and a strong Advisory Board, to drive our core product from concept to clinical reality.

Your Mission: Build the Core IP 🛠️

This is a Full-Time Co-Founder role where you own the technical vision and execution:

• Lead the AI Development: Design, develop, and validate the Machine Learning algorithm for real-time identification of structures in ultrasound video feeds.

• Engineering Execution: Lead the architecture, integration, and deployment of the first functional software prototype on off-the-shelf hardware (eg high end tablet: MVP).

• Project Leadership: Define technical milestones, manage the budget (BOM), and set the pace for all software and hardware development.

We have the necessary data available and are ready to move quickly to clinical trials.
