About NoCFO

We're building the future of accounting for small businesses starting from Finland. Launched in 2023, NoCFO is an AI-powered accounting platform that automates bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial management for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small companies. 

We connect directly to almost every European bank, automatically create accounting suggestions, and turn hours of bookkeeping into minutes of review. Our customers include solo entrepreneurs, growing companies, and associations who are tired of outdated tools and expensive traditional accounting services.

Now we need someone to help us reach more of them.


The Role

You'll be our first dedicated sales hire — which means you're not just filling a position, you're building our sales function from the ground up.

Your day-to-day:

  • Prospect and reach out to small businesses and accounting agencies across Finland

  • Run product demos that show how NoCFO saves time and money

  • Convert interested prospects into paying customers

  • Build relationships with accounting firms who could become partners

  • Help us understand what resonates with different customer segments


This isn't a script-reading job. We need someone who can listen, adapt, and genuinely help business owners solve their accounting headaches.


What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • 1–4 years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS experience is a plus)

  • Fluent Finnish and English

  • Genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice to have:

  • Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management tools

  • Background in a startup or entrepreneurial venture

  • German language skills (we're expanding to Germany in 2026)

  • Existing network in the Finnish small business or accounting community


Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: Starting from 2,600 - 3600 €/month (based on experience)

Commission structure:

  • Target monthly earnings: 4,800–6,600 €/month

  • Uncapped commissions — we want you to blow past your targets

  • The more you sell, the more you earn. Simple as that.
