Customer Success Specialist – Bsure

We are a fast-growing Norwegian SaaS company backed by international investors. We’re now looking for a Customer Success Specialist who wants to work closely with our customers and help them realise the full value of a new and smarter way of working. With us, you’ll have real influence on the direction of a company with strong international ambitions.

Bsure has developed a platform that gives organisations clear visibility into their users and access across the Microsoft environment, enabling them to strengthen security while optimising license costs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth and confident start

  • Follow up with existing customers through meetings, email and calls

  • Understand customer needs and help them get maximum value from Bsure

  • Work proactively to increase adoption, loyalty and overall satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with sales and product on insights, improvements and new opportunities

Who we believe you are

  • You communicate very well in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken

  • You are passionate about great customer experiences and helping customers achieve real value

  • You enjoy working with people, build trust quickly and are naturally social

  • You are curious and interested in technology (without needing to be a developer)

  • You take responsibility, work in a structured way and follow through on what you promise

Qualifications

  • Experience from Customer Success or customer-facing roles

  • Experience with long-term customer follow-up, not only handling ad-hoc requests

  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems

  • Ideally experience from B2B/SaaS and start-up/scale-up environments
