We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team, someone who can bring deep competence and know-how through multiple years of relevant experience, driving the acquisition of top-tier software and technology talent.
Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (e.g., Software Developers, Data Engineers, Architects) for Integrify’s partner companies.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top-tier international and local tech talent.
Partner closely with our sales team and client companies to understand complex technical requirements and deliver perfectly matched candidates.
Act as a technical market expert, advising internal and external stakeholders on compensation trends, talent pools, and market best practices.
4+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of securing hard-to-find technical talent.
Broad understanding in technologies and best practices in software development (e.g., specific programming languages, frameworks, methodologies like Agile/Scrum, DevOps, Cloud technologies).
Strong understanding of the Finnish IT market, including compensation trends and key industry players.
Data-driven decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Growth mindset, demonstrating a continuous desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and recruitment strategies.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to strategically prioritize complex recruitment tasks.
Proficiency in both Finnish and English is required for success in the local and international talent landscape.
Experience as a software developer and/or prior experience in IT sales is a definite plus.
