We're looking for Ecommerce Specialist to join our growing ecommerce team and help scale our global consumer brands, starting with Silvery (www.mysilvery.com), our fastest-growing U.S. brand. You'll be responsible for building complete customer acquisition funnels, understanding user behavior deeply, and turning those insights into performance-ready landing pages and offers that scale profitably.

Ventura Brands Oy was founded in 2019 and operates multiple brands, selling products online through Amazon and our own website. We are experiencing fast growth this year with strong profitability as we continue expanding our product lines and brand portfolio. We have served over 200,000 customers globally, and our reach continues to grow. One of our key brands, Silvery, is revolutionizing the bedding industry with silver-infused technology that enhances sleep hygiene and comfort. In 2026 brand will enter U.S. retail and expand its technologically advanced sleep product portfolio.


Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include

  • Build complete customer acquisition funnels from ads to landing pages and offers

  • Create & Refine high-converting ad creatives and landing page messaging

  • Analyze performance data (Shopify, Meta, Microsoft Clarity) to identify bottlenecks

  • Optimize funnel performance through A/B testing, UX improvements, and offer iterations

  • Collaborate with designers, creators, and developers to bring funnel assets to life

 

This position is for you if you have:

  • Strong background in DTC ecommerce growth and performance marketing

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Excellent copywriting skills for ads and landing pages

  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and testing frameworks

  • Ability to create data-driven strategies from analytics and user behavior

  • Familiarity with Shopify and landing page tools (Replo, GemPages, etc.)

  • Understanding of offer creation, pricing strategy, and buyer psychology

  • Ability to produce or direct high-quality creative assets with a performance focus
