Our Madrid office brings together 35+ colleagues from the German, French/Benelux, and Spanish sales teams, along with several support roles.
The Spanish team has 13 colleagues working across different sales functions. You will report directly to the Spanish SDR Manager and be part of a team focused on results, collaboration, and growth.
As our new Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting the team’s success.
Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Spanish market, focusing on the Formalize product
Identify, contact and communicate with potential customers or partners with the aim of organising client meetings
Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, as you will be the first point of contact, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services
Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot
Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment
It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have. Most importantly, we are looking for people with the right drive and motivation.
Salary: Base salary from €29.100 to €30.300 and uncapped commission
Office location: Maria de Molina 39, Madrid
Working hours: 40 hours a week onsite, with one day working from home
You will be offered a base salary of €29.100, when being new to the SDR role. Candidates with significant, directly relevant sales or lead-generation experience may be offered up to €30.300, based on an assessment of prior qualifications.
