Weâre now looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Copenhagen and help us expand our network of top coaches across the UK.
Reach out to professional coaches across the UK via phone, email, LinkedIn and social media
Present the value of joining CoCoach and engage them in meaningful conversations
Guide coaches from initial contact all the way to signing up and onboarding on our platform
Proactively manage and nurture your own pipeline of prospects
Collaborate closely with the Growth and Partnerships team to refine our outreach and onboarding processes
Track performance and maintain accurate CRM records
Confident, persuasive, and motivated by results
Excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
Comfortable with outbound calling and driven by hitting targets
Fluent in English (native or near-native level)
Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or business development is a plus â but your drive and attitude matter most!
