We’re looking for a highly independent and proactive HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment at our mission-driven tech startup. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in securing great people for the team — and who approaches their work with initiative, ownership, and follow-through. You’ll be trusted to handle key responsibilities with full autonomy and care. As an HR & Recruitment Specialist, proactivity, exceptional time-management and multitasking skills are essential. —Your diligence and competence in your role will allow our HR department to build and scale inspired and mission-driven teams!
This role requires someone with both strong administrative and people skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Own and run the full cycle recruitment process: post jobs, track applicants, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, shortlist top candidates and hire them!
Represent the company in interviews, contributing to employer branding by embodying our values and delivering a strong, consistent candidate experience
Support onboarding, manage documentation, checklists, and communications.
Communicate with candidates and team members professionally and clearly, representing our LifeBonder brand with human centricity, professionalism and efficiency.
Keep our systems organized and up-to-date
Someone who is highly self-motivated,organised, decisive and self-led —you’ll take charge and ownership of your recruitment assignments
Proven experience in full cycle recruitment (ideally tech roles)
Highly autonomous, solution-focused and resourceful by nature, you thrive in environments where you’re trusted to make things happen and comfortable working with minimal oversight
A quick learner with strong initiative who picks up new tools, systems, and workflows effortlessly — and adapts seamlessly
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Counselling/Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Canditates based in Europe (and ideally Copenhagen Denmark) to ensure alignment with our weekly team meetings and real-time collaboration
Confidence and enthusiasm to represent the company at in-person career fairs and networking events in Copenhagen, requiring highly polished interpersonal skills and professional rapport building prowess
