To drive the growth of both our logistics and technology ambitions in the Benelux region, we seek an experienced leader who can deliver both operational excellence and commercial growth.

This is your chance to lead the charge and get things moving across the Benelux region on a profitable foundation and with close support from global functions in Copenhagen, Denmark.

THE OPPORTUNITY

With full P&L responsibility you will build, lead, and inspire local teams to deliver on our customer promises and ambitious growth strategy. The foundation is a strong, profitable logistics operation with IKEA as our main regional customer. To help with continuous improvements, you'll get all the support you need from our global functions in Copenhagen. 

To set the bar high in the beginning, you will personally build and convert our strategic logistics and software customer pipeline. As the business scales and grows organically you'll also get to build the commercial organization from the bottom-up.

THE JOB

• Take full ownership of daily logistics operations and commercial growth with direct P&L accountability and full support from our headquarters in Copenhagen.
  
• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new strategic customers within both logistics and software solutions.
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing operations and commercial teams.
• Closely collaborate with central Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR teams in Copenhagen, ensuring consistency and leveraging best practices.
• Maintain high operational standards, compliance with local regulations, and adherence to our values and brand.

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial practitioner who is able to ‘connect the dots’ and find your way in the ambiguous setting that a scale-up can be. You must have the bandwidth and the framework to 'roll up the sleeves' when necessary while conceptualizing and leading business development – both operationally and commercially. 

Your energy and ambition are positively affecting those around you, and you probably have a great sense of humor.

To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:

• Leadership experience from high-growth organization and preferably within logistics or other services.
• Strong commercial acumen preferably with experience from sales or other customer-facing roles where you have built relationships and driven the agenda. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset to maintain initiative, work independently, and with the grit to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, draw plans, and execute accordingly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence others in English, Dutch, and French is a plus.
