In 2025, Soilsense expanded to Spain, and we’re now looking for an energetic and passionate student with a strong interest in sales and customer relations — someone excited to help farmers adopt new technologies that improve both efficiency and sustainability.


Your Role

This is primarily a sales and business development position focused on growing Soilsense’s presence in Spain. You will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition, building partnerships, and ensuring our Spanish customers have a great experience — from first contact to successful use of our product.

You’ll work closely with our international team and engage directly with farmers, cooperatives, and distributors to expand Soilsense’s footprint in the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging new customers and partners.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify local trends, needs, and opportunities.

  • Lead outreach and follow-up activities (calls, messages, demos).

  • Support the onboarding and success of new customers, ensuring smooth adoption of the product.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to localize materials and social media content for the Spanish market.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Interest in technology, sustainability, and modern agriculture.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (training provided).

  • Familiar with social media and digital communication tools.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).

  • Self-driven, well-organized, and eager to learn.
