We're looking for Social Media Ads Specialist to join our growing ecommerce team and help scale our global consumer brands, starting with Silvery (www.mysilvery.com), our fastest-growing U.S. brand. If you love diving into data, optimizing ad performance, and uncovering what truly drives growth, this is the opportunity for you. You'll own our paid media ecosystem across Meta, Google, and Applovin, working hands-on to test, analyze, and scale campaigns that reach customers worldwide.
Ventura Brands Oy was founded in 2019 and operates multiple brands, selling products online through Amazon and our own website. We are experiencing fast growth this year with strong profitability as we continue expanding our product lines and brand portfolio. We have served over 200,000 customers globally, and our reach continues to grow. One of our key brands, Silvery, is revolutionizing the bedding industry with silver-infused technology that enhances sleep hygiene and comfort. In 2026 brand will enter U.S. retail and expand its technologically advanced sleep product portfolio.
Managing and optimizing paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Applovin) to drive efficient customer acquisition.
Building, testing, and scaling full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion and retention.
Sharing actionable data with the marketing team to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
Designing and executing ad testing frameworks, ensuring consistent measurement and faster learning loops.
Tracking key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC) and presenting insights with clarity.
Staying updated with platform changes and best practices, adapting campaigns proactively.
Over 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social or performance marketing (ideally in DTC or ecommerce).
Proven ability to take ownership, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Applovin is a plus).
Solid understanding of ad metrics and funnel performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC).
You're comfortable analyzing dashboards and turning insights into action.
A proactive and independent work style, you take ownership of performance and outcomes.
Curiosity about customer psychology and creative performance.
Good English skills and a global mindset.
A genuine interest in e-commerce, DTC brands, and data-driven marketing.
